Note on Seconds- If an item has a 15% discount, this means that there may be small flaws, such as an slightly oblong opening, small patches where the glaze is missing, called crawling, or tiny cracks in the glaze or handle. 

Shipping
We package our pottery well. Every item is individually boxed or dividers are used to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We reuse our foam from the florist shop. Your box may arrive smelling like fresh flowers.

If your pottery arrives broken, please send me a picture immediately. Your item will be refunded or replaced. I am sad that things happen in shipping, but unfortunately they do.
